Girls Rock! Chicago 2007 Camp Volunteer Application Please note: ALL camp week volunteers will be required to undergo a background check for safety and insurance purposes. These background checks cost $10 each. In order to offset this cost we ask that if you can pay the cost of the background check, please donate $10 to Girls Rock! Chicago either online or via check. Checks can be made out to Girls Rock! Chicago and mailed to the following address: Girls Rock! Chicago, P.O. Box 180316, Chicago, IL 60618. (We understand that not everyone can afford to pay for this, so if this donation is any sort of problem, please do not worry about it.)
